PANTO SCRIPTS AND CHILDREN’S BOOKS

My husband and I decided to join forces.  He writes pantomime scripts and I am an author of children’s books.  To market his scripts, Peter decided to enlist the skills of a web designer, named Heimari Dreyer of Scarlet White Graphic Design Ltd.  I then had a lightbulb moment and thought this would be a great opportunity for me to piggyback on this initiative to promote my children’s books.  Heimari thought this was a good idea too and diligently began working towards achieving our goals.  She was the perfect person for the job and came up with some fabulous design ideas.  After a lot of hard work on her behalf, Spam Productions was born.

Peter’s scripts, although traditional pantomimes such as Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, etc., contain up-to-date humour and references.  With loads of thigh-slapping moments and giggles, it’s guaranteed to be a fun night out for all the family.

Turning to my writing, I have produced six children’s books in total.  My stories, The Bike, Woofaway – A Very Busy Dog and Pretty Nasty were self-published.  The Foundling Fairy and my poetry book, Does Butter Fly?, were published by Pegasus Publishing. My last book, Fred Bear – A Very Threadbare Bear, was published by Austin Macauley in July 2023. These can now all be found on our website, Spam Productions.
